With a growing audience and episodes that are as emotional as they are entertaining, Dirty Convo is designed to spark uncomfortable truths, promote healing through dialogue, and give space to voices that need to be heard.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are searching for a female guest to join us for a special 2-hour interview episode. We want someone who: Is based in New York City and available for in-person recording and is comfortable on camera and microphone Has a deep, fearless voice or perspective — doesn’t hold back Can speak candidly on themes like: sex, healing, femininity, body image, boundaries, trauma, empowerment, and desire Brings authenticity, emotional intelligence, and strong opinions Has experience with or is open to spiritual healing, therapy, shadow work, or similar paths Can create a dynamic back-and-forth with the host (chemistry matters!) May have a following, brand, or business they want to elevate (but this is not required)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: We value your time, energy, and contribution, and we’re ready to pay you for it. Pay Range: $200 – $1000 per 2-hour in-person episode, depending on experience, engagement, and performance
