sex workers told the Daily Mail that while their
adult jobs are considered taboo in the United States, they face even more criticism for providing
18+ services to people with disabilities.

Hannah Whitmore Foxx began working in the sex industry in
America ten years ago, and currently works in a legal

Jupiter Jetson also lives in Nevada and has received guests with autism, physical disabilities, Down syndrome, war injuries, and cerebral palsy when doing her

“People tend to infantilize people with disabilities. Whether it’s a physical or mental disability, they will treat you as someone who has less agency, and that extends 100 percent to sexuality.”

The biggest challenge for their clients is usually erectile dysfunction or low sexual desire as a side effect of medication.
However, depending on the medications used, sex workers help them find methods and techniques to improve their situation and achieve orgasm.
According to Whitmore Foxx, each of her clients is unique and no one ever needs exactly the same thing, so she constantly has to adapt to the client when doing her erotic job.
Jetson agrees: while finding the right position is most important for clients with limited mobility, for those with autism, eliminating distracting sounds and lights is a priority.
The two women also talked about how family members often bring their loved ones to them. Whitmore Foxx cited the example of a man with cerebral palsy whose wife arranged the erotic encounter to motivate him before upcoming surgeries.
However, they don't just meet their clients in the bedroom: many of them need to develop their social skills.
In such cases, they accompany them on dates and help them develop healthy relationships, so even
escort jobs are popular in this area.
Whitmore Foxx believes that everyone deserves a good and satisfying sex life – she simply teaches her clients small things during
adult work that they can later share with their future partners.
My favorite thing is when someone says they started feeling attractive again, they were finally able to enjoy sex, and they felt normal again after a long time.
The stories of the two women highlight that
